Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garment is free of makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
